Apple today released a number of betas to both developers and Public Beta testers. Those on the Public Beta program got new iOS 10.2 and macOS 10.12.2 Sierra builds today, while developers got watchOS 3.1.1 beta 3, as well as a new version of Safari 10.0.2 (which is bundled with the current macOS build) for older versions of OS X.
iOS 10.2 and macOS 10.12.2 Developer Beta 3 were released yesterday, alongside a new tvOS 10.1 build which contained the new TV app. There's not a lot that's new in either one, but you'll find that the new TV app should replace Videos entirely, the Feedback app has returned, and Apple has refined some of the new emojis that it introduced.
As for watchOS 3.1.1 beta 3, there's nothing new of note in the build. As the version number of the update indicates, there are no new front-facing features coming with 3.1.1. Of course, there is no Public Beta for watchOS (or tvOS), so if you're not a developer, you'll have to wait until December to get it.
