If you're on the beta for either macOS 10.12.4 Sierra or watchOS 3.2, it's once again time to check for updates, as beta 8 and 7 have been seeded, respectively. The release notes for both list nothing that's new for the builds, which is not surprising.
macOS 10.12.4 Sierra will have Night Shift as its main feature. This allows you to set your Mac so that your display will emit less blue light at night, which should provide you with a better night of sleep. You'll also be able to use Siri to check cricket scores, schedules, and player rosters from the Indian Premier League and International Cricket Council, and there's dictation support for Shanghainese.
watchOS 3.2 adds support for SiriKit, which will integrate Apple's digital assistant into third party applications. There's also a new Theater Mode which, when turned on, will keep your Apple Watch from waking up when you raise your wrist, something that should help in a dark movie theater.
While the watchOS betas are only available for developers, both the Developer and Public Beta of macOS 10.12.4 are out right now. Beta 7 was released just four days ago, so with Apple's rapid releases of builds, general availability should be right around the corner.
