Apple seeded a new round of betas today, bringing iOS 10.2, macOS 10.12.2 Sierra, and tvOS 10.1 to Developer Beta 3. The news comes a week after the last one was offered.
watchOS 3.1.1 was notably missing from today's set of builds. It's not entirely surprising, as the version numbers would indicate that while iOS, macOS, and tvOS are minor updates, this is a smaller bug fix update without any front-facing features. In fact, it wouldn't be surprising if Apple was done with watchOS 3.1.1 betas.
The most noticeable change in this week's group of builds is the TV app on tvOS 10.1. It arrived last week on iOS, but it appears that it took an additional week for the Apple TV.
So far, there hasn't been much found in iOS 10.2 beta 3. The new TV app should entirely replace Videos, although if you really still want it, you can get it back through the App Store. The Feedback app has returned as well.
As far as macOS 10.12.2 Sierra beta 3 goes, that's a bit of a mystery right now. The release notes don't say anything, so all that we really know is that the build number is 16C48b.
