BBC Click: BitTorrent in the frame

The BBC's regular technology corner has once more come up top trumps with an article weighing up the good and the bad aspects of BitTorrent, the world's fastest growing P2P solution.

As well as criticising the illegality of some BitTorrent sites, author Spencer Kelly praises the technology as being incredibly efficient. He also hints at the possibility as BitTorrent being the solution and not solely the problem.

This article is somewhat reassuring after the BBC's one-sided Newsnight report documenting how BitTorrent aids all manner of terrorists, paedophiles and online-criminals. The now month-old five-minute piece was met with criticism, followed by a swift response from the powers that be.
