Like LG, Samsung is one of those companies that has its booth in the exact same spot at CES every year, located in the Central Hall. I always post a video tour of the booth, because there's always some cool stuff.
Last year, 8K TVs were first being introduced, and this year, 8K was the focus, with 4K barely even being mentioned anywhere. I was even told that the only reason that there's no 8K content is that it's a chicken or egg situation. No one is shooting 8K because no one has a screen to view it on.
I also got to see Samsung's new Wall, which is even bigger than last year. The screen is actually modular, so it can be bigger or smaller, and more interestingly, it doesn't even have a set resolution.
Of course, there were robots, and smart home devices. There were also new consumer gadgets, from the Galaxy Chromebook, to the Galaxy Book Flex, to two new smartphones, the Galaxy Note10 Lite and the Galaxy S10 Lite. They're not premium phones though, as those are coming next month at Unpacked.
