Sega and Relic have put up a giveaway for Company of Heroes 2 every year since 2017, and today, the tradition has returned once more for another round. During this weekend, anyone can grab a copy of the Company of Heroes 2 base game from Steam for the low, low price of free.
The World War 2 real-time strategy title's base game heralds the Soviet campaign as well as the Soviet and German armies to use in the still-active multiplayer portion. While none of the expansions or DLC have gone free alongside the game, they do sport 75% off discounts that will run until November 24.
For those who want another single-player campaign, for instance, can opt for the $4.99 Ardennes Assault add-on, while the $3.24 British Forces DLC brings in the British army in for multiplayer fans.
Company of Heroes 2 is available to claim for free on Steam until 6PM GMT on November 17. The game normally costs $19.99 to purchase.
Although a new Company of Heroes entry since this 2013 release hasn't appeared out of Relic Entertainment, gameplay of its newest project, Age of Empires IV, did get revealed yesterday.
