Dating back to last year, a number of games have been brought to Tesla vehicles, incorporated in their infotainment systems. Last August, some Atari classics arrived as an easter egg in a software update, while as recently as last month, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced that titles like Cuphead and Fallout Shelter would be making their way to in-car displays soon.
Now, in conjunction with Tesla's yesterday's announcement regarding Chess coming to the new Arcade app for the infotainment systems, Musk has revealed in tweeted reply that StudioMDHR's Cuphead will be landing in Tesla vehicles in August.

The Tesla CEO further confirmed that a Unity port would be utilized for the game, and that the game's controls are currently being polished - to make it easier to handle in cars, presumably. Furthermore, he also noted that Cuphead would run on a "very high" resolution at 60 FPS, though it won't have 4k support for the simple reason that it "doesn't need" it.
Upon its release in 2017, Cuphead became wildly popular among gamers due to its attractive, nostalgic art style and unforgiving gameplay, with the title selling over two million copies in merely two weeks. Last year, it even made its way to Snapchat in the form of a new AR Lens, and earlier this month, Netflix announced that it would be launching an animated TV series based on the game.
