Recently, developer CD Projekt RED — the team behind acclaimed experiences like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — announced on Twitter that Cyberpunk 2077, the upcoming first-person role-playing game, will get free downloadable content (DLC) just like The Witcher 3.
While paid expansions have already been confirmed for Cyberpunk 2077, this is the first indication the studio has given about free content like skins. The Witcher 3 received over a dozen items that added everything from new costumes to horse armor. It seems like the Cyberpunk 2077 free DLC will focus on similar items.

Cyberpunk 2077 was recently delayed to November 19, 2020 to polish up the experience on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. The delay was attributed to new work-from-home conditions due to the coronavirus (COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2) pandemic affecting the planet at the moment.
Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world role-playing title set in Night City, a metropolis obsessed with power, glamour, and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset, and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you. You can pre-purchase Cyberpunk 2077 for $59.99 through the Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, and Steam.
