Dell sued for fraud

PC MEGA-GIANT the Dell Corporation is being sued for fraud, defamation and breach of contract by an Austin-based courier, with the US Social Security administration the piggy in the middle. According to newspaper the Austin American Statesman, First Air Express, a local company, claims that the Social Security Adminstration changed delivery times for Dell PCs. First Air Express agreed to change the times but believed that Dell would pick up the tab for the extra costs incurred. Dell, the paper said, told First Air Express to "do whatever it takes" to fulfil the customer's demands.
