Thanks BudMan for this news. Executive Software International today announced the surprise release of Diskeeper 7.0 Second Edition for WindowsR. Its predecessor, Diskeeper 7.0 set a record 98 percent market share of all of defragmenters sold to the corporate market, according to NPD Intelect reports. Even so, the company chose not to wait until Version 8.0's release in 2003 to provide customers with the latest technology in variable defragmentation "modes," now available in 7.0 Second Edition, company officials said.
