While October is not quite here yet, Microsoft is already planning more waves of Xbox Game Pass additions for the month. Today, it revealed five more games that will join the service, which are split across the Windows 10 and Xbox console variants.
As previously announced, the hugely well-received Doom Eternal is one of these titles, incoming as a part of the Zenimax Media acquisition by Microsoft. This is probably just the beginning of more Bethesda-published titles heading to the subscription service. Moreover, other Xbox Game Studios titles joining the service next week are Turn 10 Studios' Forza Motorsport 7 and Double Fine Productions' Brütal Legend.
Here are all the announced games and their platforms:
- Doom Eternal (Android and Console) – October 1
- Drake Hollow (PC) – October 1
- Brütal Legend (Console) – October 8
- Forza Motorsport 7 (Android, Console, and PC) – October 8
- Ikenfell (Console and PC) – October 8
Considering this only covers the first week of October, more announcements of incoming games should be here before the mid-point of next month.
Several games will also be leaving the service on October 15, which can be seen below. However, as some good news, Dishonored 2 is no longer being removed thanks to the ZeniMax acquisition:
- Felix the Reaper (Console & PC)
- Metro 2033 Redux (Console & PC)
- Minit (Console & PC)
- Saints Row IV Re-Elected (PC)
- State of Mind (PC)
Microsoft also just announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members on Xbox One and Series X|S consoles will see EA Play titles join the service on November 10. PC players will have to wait until December for their turn.
