A Best Buy employee has leaked photographs of the LG Watch Style, one of the first expected Android devices set to feature the imminent Android Wear 2.0 update. This latest news confirms the accuracy of a previous leak of the Watch Style's design, made by @evleaks on January 27.
The watch appears to feature a circular display, punctuated with a single button on the right hand side - not dissimilar from the Apple Watch. The leak shows the Watch Style fitted with one of two standard strap sizes: 20mm or 22m in width.
The back of the product box displays a safety sticker stating the smart watch requires Android 4.3+ or iOS9+ to function with the various Android Wear apps. A photograph of the box from the side identifies the LG Watch Style as the 'LG-W270', manufactured in Korea.
There are no specifications detailed on the packaging of the device. Even so, a previous report suggests the Watch Style is likely to comprise of a 360p resolution, a 240mAh battery and 512MB of RAM. The Watch Style is expected to be available from $249.
