Fable was a much touted title when Xbox first launched and we finally have a release date that appears to be 'the one'. Previous dates have come and gone but developers Lionhead seem confident that the game will be released in October (September in the US). To whet your appetite for this ambitious RPG, we have a 10 minute gameplay demo for your perusal. As you'll notice, Fable uses the not-so-traditional realtime combat approach and is tailored to exploit your character's strengths. We're told all your actions have a direct consequence within the game, even to the point where continually lurking in the shadows will turn you pale.
