Square reveal their Euro extravaganza!
Square Enix has finally revealed the date that European fans will get their mitts on Final Fantasy XI. September 16 is the date to make in your diaries, as the eagerly awaited cross-platform Final Fantasy XI sails majestically onto European servers.
The Euro version will come complete with two expansion packs, Rise of the Zilart and Chains of Promathia, with Euro fans getting a chance to enjoy the 'intricately designed' Chains of Promathia, in a simultaneous worldwide launch with their US and Japanese counterparts.
Final Fantasy XI will ship on 7 CD-Roms and is priced at around 50 Euros, with the first 30 days' access, free of charge. Players will be able to connect via Square's Play Online service and after their 30 day free period has expired, a monthly fee of $12.95 will apply, with an additional $1 per character, up to a maximum of 15 characters...
