Square Enix originally released Final Fantasy XV back in September 2016, later followed by a specially themed PlayStation 4 bundle including a slimmed down PS4 with custom design, a copy of the game, and various collectibles and additional digital content. Sony even went as far as releasing a Walkman featuring etched pixel art of the main characters while, more recently, a version of FFXV made its way to Windows PCs earlier this year.
Now, Final Fantasy XV is back once again in an abridged version dubbed as the Pocket Edition of the game. Although this variant of the title made its initial appearance on iOS and Android back in February, it has now made the transition to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Meanwhile, the version for Switch has been delayed due to the recent earthquake that hit Hokkaido in Japan, which prompted Nintendo to delay its originally scheduled Direct presentation at which the game was intended to be announced.
If you're keen to get into the episodic format of Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD then you can grab a copy at the discounted price of $17.99 from the PlayStation Store and the Microsoft Store for a limited time, a 40% saving off the standard price.
