Follow up to how Hotmail is deleting saved message

Scott Howell has emailed us with the follow up to how Hotmail is deleting messages in teh Saved folder.

"Unfortunately Hotmail users like myself with email addresses ending in '@msn.com' receive NO warnings or mailings from MSN Hotmail. Only accounts ending in '@hotmail.com' receive MSN Hotmail newsletters via their email inboxes. Whenever MSN Hotmail decides to make a change in their policy I receive NO indication or warning. However I also have an older '@hotmail.com' account and I have always received warnings and emails from MSN Hotmail. I have tried to contact Hotmail again and again asking why people with '@msn.com' emails receive no such letters or warnings with no reply. And no, I am not a user of MSN Internet Access. I obtained my '@msn.com' email address about a year ago when I once tried MSN Explorer.

You might want to take notice of this and maybe if you report about this on your website Microsoft will start giving people with "@msn.com" emails the same benefits as those ending in '@hotmail.com'." ~ Scott H.

Thanks Scott, I'm sure a lot of people will benefit from this.
