OK This is hot :ditsy: (for USA Residents) Thanks MaxReboot for the heads up on this one.. You get a free 15" LCD monitor when you purchase a computer from Dell or Gateway. Both systems have Windows XP Home Edition and a CD-RW drive. The Dell system is a bit better, it uses the 1.1 GHz Celeron (vs. Gateway's 1.0GHz Celeron), a faster CD-RW drive (the Dell is a 16x/10x/40x while the Gateway is 8x/4x/32x) and better speakers (Dell includes Harmon/Kardon Speakers while Gateway includes its own GCS300 Speakers). However, Gateway includes a one year free AOL internet access while Dell only includes 6 months free, but then again why would anyone want AOL anyways? On the down side, Dell will cost you $100 more before rebate (it's $999 after $100 rebate). Feeling power hungry, both system can be further configured to your needs.
