With the month of July almost drawing to an end, Sony has announced the names of the free titles headed to the PlayStation Plus catalogue next month. The monthly subscription service offers its member a variety of content such as exclusive discounts, bonus storage, and free themes. It is also a requirement for accessing online multiplayer on the PlayStation 4.
Every month, PS Plus subscribers get to enjoy two video games completely free of charge. For July 2020, the freebies are NBA2K20 and Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration. The two titles will be followed by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered and Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout in August. Those who can't wait to get their hands on the games will be happy to know that CoD: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered will be available to subscribers a little earlier - from tomorrow.
Meanwhile, players who are subscribed to the monthly gaming service will be able to access Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout from August 4 onwards. As for the current freebies, subscribers who have not picked up July's free titles yet have until August 3, 2020, to do so.
Additionally, Sony also revealed that it has planned a free online multiplayer weekend for next month. PlayStation 4 users who do not have a PS Plus subscription will be able to play with their friends online for free on August 8 and 9.
