Two more games are now available to Xbox Live Gold members to claim for free as Microsoft has pushed out the second half of its March Games with Gold titles. Popcap's Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is available for Xbox One owners, while Xbox 360 players can add PlatinumGames' Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance to their library.
As usual with these arrivals, the latter title can also be claimed and played natively on the Xbox One thanks to it being in Microsoft's Backward Compatibility program.
Use the store pages linked below to claim the games directly.
Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 (Xbox One)
The battle for suburbia grows to crazy new heights in Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2! In this hilarious, action-packed shooter, zombie leader Dr. Zomboss has strengthened his horde and rebuilt suburbia as a zombie utopia.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Xbox 360, Xbox One)
METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE takes the renowned METAL GEAR franchise into exciting new territory by focusing on delivering an all-new action experience unlike anything that has come before.
Don't forget that Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion from the previous Games with Gold promotion is still up for grabs, with it slated to be replaced by a new game on April 1. Claimed Xbox 360 games will remain playable even if the Gold subscription is discontinued, while claimed Xbox One games require an active subscription to play.
Also, speaking of freebies, while not part of Games with Gold, Microsoft recently added Crackdown 2 to Xbox One Backward Compatibility and made it free to all players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. So be sure to grab that as well.
