Technically we are now less than five days away from the start of E3 2011. However the gaming news keeps on coming.
- GoG.com will add classic Electronic Arts games to its DRM-free line up, starting today with Wing Commander Privateer, the two Ultima Underworld games and Dungeon Keeper.
- In related news, a free version of the classic fantasy RPG Ultima IV has been released at the Ultimaforever.com web site.
- Rumors have hit the Internet that a new version of the tactical shooter game series Rainbow Six is in the works.
- The Witcher 2 is officially coming to the Xbox 360 later this year; also, a new patch for the PC version is coming on Friday.
- Duke Nukem Forever has a launch trailer. Yep, it's not for the kids.
- Capcom has announced it will release an update to the upcoming PC version of Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition that will remove most of the game's DRM set-up.
- Just a reminder: the closed beta for the revival of the Hellgate series begins on Friday.
- The classic TV series The Twilight Zone is getting a PC/Mac game adaptation (sort of).
- THQ will release the downloadable action game Warhammer 40,000: Kill Time this fall for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
- The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim has taken over the side of a downtown Los Angeles hotel building as E3 2011 nears.
- Sony has revealed details for the Uncharted 3 pre-order bonuses along with a Collector's Edition of the PS3 game.
- Rumors have Mass Effect 3 supporting Kinect for the Xbox 360 version but Microsoft and BioWare have yet to confirm this.
