Changes:

Fixed GTU not showing the Z-Occlusion-Culling box with >23.xx drivers

Geforce Tweak Utility lets you make modifications to the registry settings of your GeForce. All registy modifications are fully functional, and the only thing that doesn't work at this time is changing the core/memory clocks.
