It's a brand new month and just as announced, Microsoft has made available two additional games for Xbox Live Gold members to grab for free. The games being offered this time are the acclaimed exploration title Gone Home for Xbox One, and the platformer Rayman 3 HD for Xbox 360, which is an enhanced version of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, featuring 60fps gameplay and higher resolutions.
The latter is also accessible on Xbox One consoles through backward compatibility.
While It took longer than usual for the Xbox 360 title to go free, the two games can be claimed right now via their store links listed below:

Rayman 3 HD (Xbox 360, October 1 - 15)
Embark on a fantastic and humorous journey with Rayman and Globox to save the Crossroad of Dreams. Masterfully enhanced with eye-popping High Definition visuals and sounds, Rayman 3 HD is the definitive version of the Rayman classics “Rayman 3 Hoodlum’s Havoc”, and a must-play for all Rayman fans and platform adventure game enthusiasts.
Oxenfree from September's Games with Gold promotion is still free for Xbox One users who missed out on it, with it scheduled to be replaced on October 16 by The Turing Test. Keep in mind that only claimed Xbox 360 games will remain playable if the Gold subscription is discontinued, unlike claimed Xbox One games, which are only accessible with an active subscription.
Microsoft also added seven more games to its Xbox Game Pass subscription service yesterday, including State of Decay, Super Street Fighter IV, Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell, and more.
