Just a day after the Google Pixel 4a leaked in a hands-on video and its complete specs were detailed, the price of the device has also been leaked. The leak comes courtesy of @evleaks who is known for his accurate and reliable leaks. He has posted some marketing materials of the Pixel 4a photoshopped on a billboard which confirms its $399 price tag. This is the same price tag as the Pixel 3a from last year. Additionally, the leak confirms the Pixel 4a will come with Google's new Assistant which first debuted on the Pixel 4 late last year and is currently exclusive to Pixel devices.
Since the leak points to a starting price tag of $399, it is clear that Google also intends to offer a higher storage variant of the Pixel 4a. The device will also be available in at least two colors -- black and white.
Leaks have pretty much-revealed everything about the Pixel 4a. The device will pack a 5.81-inch FHD+ OLED display with a punch-hole on the left housing the selfie camera, a Snapdragon 730 chip, 6GB RAM, and a 3,080mAh battery. Unlike its bigger brother, the Pixel 4a will come with only a single camera at the back. It will also miss out on all the Project Soli related hardware meaning it won't have face unlock, though it will feature a physical capacitive fingerprint scanner at the rear. While Google had launched the Pixel 3a and 3a XL last year, this time around, the company plans on only launching the Pixel 4a.
Are you looking forward to the release of the Pixel 4a?
