Halo Infinite features giant sandwich Easter egg

This is a screenshot of Halo Infinite on Xbox Series X

Halo Infinite features an expansive campaign that takes place in a secret-filled open-world environment. We've discovered a number of Easter eggs since the title launched on December 8, 2021, but none of them are as bizarre as the giant sandwich randomly sitting in a cave.

My favorite one so far has to be the arcade machine in a Forerunner structure, though, the sandwich is absolutely hilarious.

YouTubers xGarbett and Greenskull posted videos of the Easter egg that's found in a cave on the second island of the game. You'll eventually crash-land on the second region as you progress through the campaign. Though, you'll have to go off the beaten path to find the giant sandwich.

Aside from a massive sandwich that appears to contain lettuce, ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and maybe some mustard, there are grunts that appear to be worshipping it. Grunts are some of the most colorful enemies in the game and their actions are mysterious, to say the least. I wonder what other secrets are hidden in Halo Infinite, just waiting to be discovered.
