Earlier this week, Microsoft released the first new Windows 10 Insider Preview in three weeks. Build 16215 for PCs contains quite a few new features; in fact, it's enough to fill up nearly 20 minutes of a walkthrough video.
Microsoft's Edge browser contains a few new improvements. You can once again pin websites to the taskbar, and you can use F11 to put the browser in fullscreen mode. Ebooks in the browser can now be highlighted as well, and you can even take notes.
The Start Menu and the Action Center have been updated with acrylic, which is part of Microsoft's new Fluent Design System. The company also made improvements to the way that the Start Menu can be resized.
There are also a bunch of improvements to the onscreen keyboard. Many of them have to do with handwriting, but Word Flow functionality has been added to a new one-handed keyboard as well.
