After months of rumors and leaks, Samsung announced its trio of Galaxy S handsets during its Unpacked event, giving birth to the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e. The smartphones are now available for pre-order with a bonus item and will arrive to consumers and retail channels starting on March 8.
We still have a couple weeks before a majority of folks will be able to get their hands on it but luckily we were able to get some time with the units at the event. At this point, Samsung has perfected the art of melding metal and glass, and the S10 lineup is no exception. The phones feel exquisite in hand offering a refined feel and optimal weight. Some might not agree with the firm's choice of using an Infinity-O Display on its flagship models, but with limited time, the cut out is not all that distracting and seems to fair better than phones with a notch.
It's hard to tell from a performance standpoint, but one thing that is exciting about the new phones is its ability to charge other compatible devices wirelessly through its Wireless PowerShare feature. From a sales standpoint, Samsung is sure to have a hit on its hands as it will now offer three phones at different price points, making the Galaxy S series even more accessible than it has been in the past.
