HardOCP wins legal round against Infinium

The cold, HardOCP's lawyers have won a ruling in their case against Infinium Labs. The ruling essentially forces Infinium and the company's founder, Timothy Roberts, to produce a boatload of information. The info required includes documents about Infinuim's business dealings in Texas. That's notable because Kyle and the gang are trying to get the trial moved to Texas, where costs and conditions would be more favorable for the [H].
