The PC version of The Division 2 is already in the news for switching to the Epic Games Store over from Steam with a surprise announcement. But, that doesn't mean the PC version's optimization efforts are lacking, with Ubisoft going on to detail the platform-specific features and the official system requirements.
The developer, Massive Entertainment, has partnered with AMD for optimizing the title, implementing technologies like asynchronous compute for better frame rates.
Support for multi-monitor and ultra-widescreen setups, monitors with variable refresh rates (FreeSync), uncapped frame rates, were also confirmed. These come in addition to 4K and above resolution as well as HDR support, along with complete HUD and UI customization options.
Beyond just listing the minimum and recommended system requirements at 1080p, Ubisoft has also listed what PC players will need in their systems to achieve 60fps on 1440p and 4K resolutions.

The Division 2 is slated to release on March 15 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. As previously mentioned, the PC version is playable through Uplay and Epic Games Store only. Those who pre-ordering the game will be let into a private beta down the line, while sign-ups for the public beta can be found here.
This is also one of the games that arrive alongside AMD graphics cards for free, including with the new Radeon VII that was unveiled yesterday at CES.
