In August, HP launched its Windows 10 Mobile flagship, the Elite x3, in the UK. Its price was set at £706.80, including the Desk Dock accessory, which enables the PC-style Continuum mode that allows owners to use a mouse and keyboard with the device when connected to a larger display.
Its price remained unchanged until shortly before Christmas, when HP reduced it by just under 5%, down to £673.20.
Now, though, HP has raised the price of the Elite x3 with Desk Dock considerably. HP.com has now set its price at £757.20 - that's £50.40 (7%) higher than its original price, and £84 (12%) more than the price to which it dropped in December.
Its price on the Microsoft Store currently remains unchanged at £706.80. Independent retailer Carphone Warehouse is selling it for even less - it's now available there for £699.99, or £679.99 without the Desk Dock.
