HP is offering some big discounts ahead of Windows 10 launch

As we’re barely more than a week away from the launch of Windows 10, device manufacturers are getting ready to start shipping new stock and get their newest devices on the market. To that end HP is now having a big sale on a few of its Windows 8.1 products.

If you’re in the US, you might want to check HP’s site and store listings right now as some of their stock is seeing massive discounts. As Windows Central first noticed, two laptops, a desktop and an all-in-one PC are getting some impressive price cuts. This is what’s currently on sale:

  • HP Envy X2 13-inch - $699.99 down from $1049.99
  • HP Envy X2 15-inch - $649.99 down from $899.99
  • HP Envy Phoenix 810-470 Desktop - $799.99 down from $999.99
  • HP Pavilion 23-inch All-in-One - $599.99 from $829.99

HP wants to outdo everybody else when it comes to new devices running Windows 10, with the manufacturer saying that it will start shipping inventory even before the new operating system is actually out. To that end it’s no wonder that sales are popping up ahead of that launch.

Keep in mind that Windows 10 is a free upgrade for anyone sporting a Windows 7 or 8 license, so getting these devices on the cheap might be a great deal for you.
