While this past week has put most of the spotlight on Apple's iPad, HP isn't sitting around quietly. The only other upcoming tablet that has close to the hype of the iPad, is the HP Slate. HP knows that it must remind users about the Slate while they are currently being bombarded with iPad information, so what did they do?
According to Engadget, HP supposedly sent out the following chart to all of its employees showing off their plan for the tablet market. The information clearly shows that while the iPad may have made it to market first, the HP Slate will be the technologically superior product.
The chart clearly labels out the Slate advantage and may also hint at HP's upcoming promotion plans. They may take a similar approach the the Apple vs Microsoft advertisements but with iPad vs Slate. Regardless, the Slate looks to be a true tablet with all the functionality that most users demand; the only remaining question is when will it launch?
