HP unveils its new all-in-one for businesses, the EliteOne 1000 G1

Alongside two new EliteBook PCs, HP today announced a new all-in-one under its business brand, the EliteOne 1000 G1. What's also interesting is that the company is also releasing a series of monitors to match the AiO, so you can have a continuous experience if you're using multiple displays.

The Elite 1000 series comes in three different flavors: 23.8-inch Full HD (1080p) touch or non-touch, 27-inch UHD (4K, or 2160p), and 34-inch curved WQHD (1440p). You can get it with up to an Intel Core i7, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a 1.5TB SSD, and you can also easily swap out components like the display, camera, and more.

The PC includes far-field voice technology for use with Cortana, and Cortana can talk back to you through Bang & Olufsen speakers. Of course, it contains the same business-centric security features that you'll find in an Elite device, like SureStart, which checks the BIOS against a master copy and replaces it in the event of corruption, and it supports HP's WorkWise service, a companion app that can tell you if your PC has been tampered with while you're gone, and much more.

But there's a new feature called PhoneWise. HP says that it's the first Windows-based solution that allows you to take calls and respond to texts from your PC. It works with iOS and Android, so clearly, HP's own Elite x3 Windows phone is left out of this one.

The 23.8-inch model and the 27-inch variant will be available later this month, starting at $1,259 and $1,499, respectively, and the 34-inch curved model is expected in November with a price to be announced at a later date.
