Cheers IRazor for letting me know that ICQ Plus is out and updated to v3.2, changes are listed below.
- Composite background images
(there is no need to cut background images manually to make a skin)
- Windows2000/XP transparency support
(separately for ICQ main dialog, other dialogs, pop-up menus)
- Online and offline blank icons for contact list
- Default splash screen image (if not skinned)
- New default skins
- Bugfixes and improvements
