Today, Apple unveiled its new dust- and water-resistant iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, the first devices that will ship with iOS 10 onboard. The company describes this latest version as its "biggest iOS release ever", bringing a wide range of new features and improvements to its mobile devices.
Of course, its newest iPhones won't be the only devices that can run iOS 10. Apple announced today that the new OS will be released as an update on September 13.
However, not all iOS devices will be eligible to upgrade to the new release; if your device isn't in the list below, you're out of luck:

- iPod touch (6th generation only)
If you'd prefer to get a device with iOS 10 pre-installed, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be your only option for now. Pre-orders for the new handsets will open on September 9, ahead of their release on September 16.
