iOS 10.2.1 and macOS 10.12.3 Sierra Public Betas now available

Apple today seeded the first Public Beta builds of its next updates for iOS and macOS, 10.2.1 and 10.12.3, respectively. The news comes a day after the firm released the builds to developers, alongside tvOS 10.1.1. Of course, there is no Public Beta program for tvOS.

As the version numbers indicate, these updates focus on bug fixes. The iOS 10.2.1 release notes have a few known issues, such as SOS only being supported in India, and if you delete the new TV app, you won't be able to get it back. The release notes for macOS 10.12.3 Sierra don't say anything specific. Naturally, there are no new usability features to look forward to here.

The only one of Apple's operating systems that didn't receive a beta this week was watchOS, for which the company recently released version 3.1.1. Two days later, however, Apple pulled the update from its servers due to it bricking some Watches. It's unclear how the firm plans to proceed in regards to watchOS, whether it's going to offer a beta or simply rerelease 3.1.1.
