Microsoft has released today ISOs for its latest Windows 11 Insider build for the Dev Channel version 22454. The new build began shipping to insiders yesterday and in terms of new feature additions, there are changes in the Recycle Bin's right-click menu, and network sharing in File Explorer, among others.
Aside from these, there are also several fixes made across various facets of the OS that the new build 22454 brings. These include issues fixed in the Start menu, Taskbar, Settings, File Explorer, general Input, and more. You can read all about those in detail here.
The new ISOs for the Dev Channel build 22454 can be found on the official Microsoft page linked in the tweet below. However, if you wish to install Windows 11 on an unsupported system using ISOs, be warned that the Redmond Giant may refrain from providing any updates, even the ones responsible for fixing security vulnerabilities.

Microsoft recently issued a statement of caution to insiders on the Dev Channel about the potential instability of the next builds as these will be very different from the ones planned for public release in October. The firm has in fact recommended users who don't want to deal with such issues move to the Beta channel instead. Speaking of the Beta Channel, the latest build via Windows Update is version 22000.184, but ISOs are available for only build 22000.132 right now.
