In a new anti-piracy plan drafted by UK communications minister Lord Carter, ISPs will be required to warm customers suspected of sharing copyrighted material. ISPs will also be required to hand over details of repeat offenders to the rights holders of the material.
The anti-piracy plan will also see the creation of the 'Rights Agency' body, paid for by ISPs and rights holding organizations, which will assist and help enforce the new anti-piracy measures.
