Since the introduction of the iPhone, iPod, and iPad, most have begged Apple to add some type of expandable storage option. While this feature will most likely never materialize from Apple, Leef is taking it upon themselves to introduce a possible solution that will make expandable storage on an iOS device a reality.
Leef's iBRIDGE is essentially a USB drive, that has a standard USB port on one end and a Lightning connection on the other. You can load data to the drive and it can then be plugged into a compatible iOS device. Naturally, you will need Leef's iOS application (which is still pending approval from Apple) to access the data. Once the application is installed, you will be able to seamlessly transfer files to and from the iBRIDGE. One of the more exciting features of the the devices is its ability to take and save photos directly to the iBRIDGE.
Currently, the iBRIDGE is available in 16GB, 32G, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB options. Leef anticipates the iOS application will be approved sometime in the next week.
