Today, Lenovo is announcing the Legion Game Store, a market of over 200 PC games including Fallout 76, Battlefield V, and indie games like Dead Cells and Frostpunk. The company says that the Game Store will have "a myriad of" exclusive titles and discounts, which you won't be able to get from other retailers.
The Legion Game Store will be integrated into Lenovo's Vantage application, making it a one-stop shop for all of your needs. If you've got a Lenovo Legion gaming PC, you're probably already used to Vantage for updating your drivers, controlling the RGB lighting settings, and overclocking your CPU.
Lenovo says that its new Game Store will have a "regimented screening process", and only fully developed games and closed betas will be available. That means that you'll no longer have to pay for a game that's just a "half-finished, half-hearted" demo.
While the firm didn't mention it by name, the goal here is clearly to compete with Steam, and other third-party digital game vendors. If you want to check out the Lenovo Legion Game Store online, you can find it here, and it will be live on Monday. To download Lenovo Vantage, you can find that on the Microsoft Store here.
