LG today announced the Stylus 2 Plus. While the Stylus 2 was announced only a couple months ago, the Plus model offers significantly improved specs.
The firm offered up a spec sheet, although it doesn't specifically say what chipset the device uses.

This is a significant upgrade from the Stylus 2, which offers a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 (quad-core ARM Cortex-A53) and 1.5 GB RAM. The display sizes of the two devices are the same, but the former device was 720p while the Plus model is 1080p.
GSMArena lists the device as using Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 device, which would come paired with an Adreno 505 GPU, a significant step up from the Adreno 306 that comes with the Snapdragon 410. Of course, there is no way to confirm this at this time, but we've reached out to LG for comment.
The LG Stylus 2 Plus launches today in Taiwain, but in the coming weeks, it will launch in Asia, South America, Europe and North America.
