When Microsoft first revealed UK pricing for its Lumia 950 - the smaller of its two new Windows 10 Mobile flagships - it was priced at £499.99 SIM-free and off-contract, but the company quickly slashed £50 off that amount, bringing it down to £449.99.
The Microsoft Store is still selling the 950 at that price, but in the weeks since its launch, other retailers have been offering it for as little as £419.99. Now, two major retailers have cut their UK prices even further.
Carphone Warehouse and Amazon.co.uk are both selling the device for £399.99 - that's £50 less than the Microsoft Store, and £100 lower than Microsoft's original list price for the handset. There's no indication on either site that this is a short-term promotion.
Meanwhile, the larger Lumia 950 XL is currently available for £449.99 on Amazon - a whopping £80 less than its price at the Microsoft Store.
