Just after the recent issue of Microsoft resetting and modifying its Xbox Live's MyVIP rewards feature, it seems that another case has surfaced, regarding the Xbox One's components.
Not long ago, a gamer with the username "Flapped" has taken to Reddit to complain about not being able to purchase a power supply brick for the Xbox One that is sold separately. He further stated that he has tried everything to get one, and that it was a confusing business practice on Microsoft's part.
Shortly after, Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb has been made aware of his issue. Hryb, for those who have never heard of him, is currently the director for programming for Microsoft's gaming network Xbox Live. Major Nelson replied to the post, saying that he is not entirely sure why an external power source is not available for purchase, and that he is currently working to solve the problem.
However, there were no further statements from Major Nelson. It is still not known if and when Microsoft will finally make a power supply available for separate purchase.
Thanks Jack Wilkinson for the tip!
