Messenger Plus! 2.20.0048a

Patchou has released an update to Messenger Plus! Beta. The first version of 2.20.0048 was released already for the Plugin-Users to build there plugins better. This new version features bug fixes and better plugin support.

The final version will have an updated sponsor.
