Microsoft continues to offer freebies to gamers if they buy a new Xbox 360 game console. Today, Major Nelson (aka Microsoft's Larry Hryb) confirmed that starting in mid-June, the 250 GB version of the Xbox 360 will include two free products for the same price of $299.99 for a limited time.
This new bundle will include a copy of Forza 4, the racing simulation released in 2011 from Microsoft's internal developer Turn 10 Studios. The other freebie is a Microsoft-created Xbox 360 wireless racing wheel. Microsoft says both the game and the controller add up to $110 in free products with this bundle.
In related news, Amazon has just announced that it is now offering its Amazon Instant Video service for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. The service gives Xbox Live users access to over 120,000 movies and TV episodes via download. Amazon Prime members who pay $79 a year can also stream thousands of movies and TV episodes on demand to the Xbox 360.
The Amazon Instant Video service was previously offered for the Playstation 3 console. Microsoft has been adding more and more video streaming and download services in the last few months from a wide variety of outlets.
