Microsoft Bookings - an appointment booking tool - has officially been released for Android users. The service was initially released in July 2016 and has been available on the iOS platform from last October. Since last December, the Android app had been in beta-testing. At approximately the same time, Microsoft added Facebook integration to the Bookings app.
The Bookings app is designed to keep track of professional bookings both with staff and when meeting customers: the app includes access to a calendar, customer lists, and a manual booking page. The service also includes booking confirmations and reminders, the ability to reschedule and cancel bookings, and access to real-time staff member availability.
Bookings is amongst a series of other Microsoft apps that have made their way to Android; the entire Office suite has been available for a couple of years, whilst the SharePoint service was made available last month. It's worth noting the service is available only to Office 365 Business Premium users.
