Microsoft is announcing a new color for accessories for its Surface devices today: Aqua, which will sit in the lineup alongside Burgundy, Cobalt Blue, and Platinum. This will be the first set of accessories that doesn't match one of the models of the Surface Laptop.
The new Aqua color will be offered on the full suite of accessories, including the Surface Pro Signature Type Cover, Surface Arc Mouse, and Surface Pen. Of course, other than the new color, nothing has changed in the devices.
The new Surface Pro Signature Type Cover is covered in Alcantara fabric, and it's compatible with all Surface and Surface Pro PCs, although it will fit a Pro 3 or better. The Pen includes 21ms latency, which is among the best in the industry.
Pricing should remain the same as well, so you'll be able to grab the keyboard for $159.99, the Pen for $99.99, and the mouse for $79.99. They're available to order beginning today.
