If so, it's rather unannounced.
Microsoft Corporation (UK) has just made available the "MS Office 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 Product Breifing" event to Business and IT Decision Makers in East Anglia for the 24th September. According to the description of the conference, "This event has been timed to coincide with these product launches to ensure that you receive the most up to date information as it becomes available".
Microsoft have yet to make an official announcement for the release date.
