Last week, Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 build 10240 to Windows Insiders - the first build of the new OS to drop the 'preview' branding, and the version that the company distributed to its manufacturing partners. But Microsoft is continuing to work hard to iron out any remaining bugs and issues in the OS ready for its official launch, just five days from now.
Since releasing build 10240 to Insiders, Microsoft has followed that up with no less than three additional updates to the OS: a security update, an emergency patch to fix a vulnerability affecting multiple Windows versions, and a further update rollup just three days ago.
Today, Microsoft is pushing out another update for Windows 10, which includes a security update (KB3074679) and new Intel HD Graphics drivers. You can check for the update in Windows 10 build 10240 by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Given that Windows 10's feature set has been frozen ahead of its launch, don't expect anything exciting in this latest update, but if you notice anything worth sharing, be sure to let us know in the comments below.
