It's the second Tuesday of the month, which means that it's Patch Tuesday. New cumulative updates are available across the board, and for Anniversary Update users, that build is 14393.576.
For PCs, the new update will increase the version number from 14393.479, which was released in an odd fashion last Friday. It was offered outside of business hours, and the Windows 10 Update History page still has not been updated to reflect it. The only changelog that we got was found on Reddit.
As for Windows 10 Mobile, version 14393.479 was only offered to Release Preview users, as it broke tap-to-pay for devices that support it, which consists of the Lumia 650, 950, and 950 XL. Today's update only seems to be for unlocked devices, as our Verizon Lumia Icon and T-Mobile IDOL 4S are showing that they're up-to-date.
Here's what's fixed in version 14393.576:
Improved reliability of Security Support Provider Interface.
Addressed a service crash in CDPSVC that in some situations could lead to the machine not being able to acquire an IP address.
Addressed issue where a Catalog-signed module installation does not work on Nano Server.
Addressed issue with Devices left with Hello on for an excessive amount of time will not go into power savings mode.
Addressed issue with gl_pointSize to not work properly when used with drawElements method in Internet Explorer 11.
Addressed issue where Azure Active Directory-joined machines after upgrading to Windows 10 Version 1607 cannot sync with Exchange.
Addressed additional issues with app compatibility, updated time zone information, Internet Explorer.
Security updates to Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Uniscribe, Common Log File System Driver.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, none of what's listed refers to Windows 10 Mobile, and we'll keep you updated if for some reason, there's a separate changelog. Microsoft says that there aren't any known issues in this build.
You can grab today's update by heading to Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update or Phone update -> Check for updates.
Update: The cumulative update is now live for our carrier-locked devices.
