With the latest Windows 10 Bug Bash well underway, Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18323 to the Fast ring. This is actually the first build from the 19h1_release branch, where previous builds were from rs_prerelease. This is a sign that Microsoft is winding down development of Windows 10 19H1, and prepping it for RTM, which should be in March.
Oddly enough, the Windows Insider team hasn't published a blog post, so there's no way to know what's new. As it turns out, there were some targeting issues when flighting the build, so this will be formally announced later on when it's all sorted out.
One thing that is new is the version number, which is now confirmed as 1903. Of course, this is no surprise, given that the last two spring feature updates ended in '03'.
Make sure to check back later on when we have more information about today's build.
Update: The changelog is now live.
